購物及配送須知

1. 訂單追蹤: 下單時請務必填寫正確可聯系您的電話和電郵,完成下單後,請留意您的 WhatsApp、Messenger 或 E-mail。我們將透過這些管道發送訂單確認及取貨通知。

2. 出貨時間:

  • 一般商品: 確認帳款後,我們將於 5 -14個工作天內(不含週六日及公衆假期)為您寄出。
  • 大量和客製化商品 : 需先完成付款並確認帳款後,製作至寄出約需 14 個工作天,具體進度歡迎隨時查詢。

3. 物流配送: 香港本地、澳門及台灣,本店統一使用 順豐速運(SF Express) 寄送。

4. 運費說明: 除進行銷售特別推廣的「包郵優惠」外,所有運費採取統一 「代客支付運費」 模式,由買家在購物網站購物時,直接連運費一拼支付予購物網站。

5. 特別說明:* 如遇天氣惡劣、道路中斷或出貨高峰期,送達時間可能有所變動,請依官網最新公告為準。

6. 出貨加量 :   若出貨量增加,出貨時間請依最新公告說明為準。 

7. 特殊狀況: 若訂單遇到其他特殊狀況,我們將以電話與您聯繫,溝通完成後訂單方正式生效。

 

Shopping & Delivery Information

1.     Order Tracking: Please be sure to fill in the correct phone number and email when placing an order, and please pay attention to your WhatsApp, Messenger or E-mail after placing the order. We will send order confirmations and pickup/delivery notifications through these channels.

2.     Dispatch Time:

o  General Merchandise Items: Orders will be dispatched within 5 -14 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

o  Bulk and customized products: After completing the payment and confirming the account, Dispatch takes 14 business days after payment confirmation. You are welcome to check the progress at any time.

3.     Logistics: Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan orders are shipped via SF Express.

4.     Shipping Description: Except for the "Free Shipping Offer" for special sales promotions, all shipping fees adopt a unified "Payment Shipping on Customer" model, where buyers pay directly to the shopping website with the shipping fee when shopping on the shopping website.

5.     Special Note: In cases of severe weather, road disruptions, or peak shipping seasons, delivery times may vary. Please refer to the latest announcements on our official website.

6.     High Order Volume: In the event of an increase in order volume, dispatch times will follow the latest official announcement.

7.     Special Circumstances: Should any unique issues arise with your order, we will contact you via phone. The order will be finalized only after successful communication.

海外配送須知

1. 計價與支付:    
網站所有商品及運費均以 HKD 港元 計價。     
使用海外信用卡結帳時,相關交易手續費、匯率及退款手續費請洽詢您的發卡銀行。

2. 配送時間與物流:     
配送時間約為 7至14個工作天(不含週六日及公衆假期)。    
運費依商品總重量 (kg) 計算,請參考[運費表]進行預估。

3. 進口關稅與法規:  
關稅承擔: 各國進口規定不同,收件人需自行負擔收件國產生的進口關稅或其他稅費。 

   
清關風險: 訂購前請先確認商品是否可合法進入該國。若因各國法規導致無法配送、清關失敗或收件人拒收,相關損失(包括商品銷毀或退回運費、關稅)需由訂購人負擔。

4. 訂單資訊(重要!):    
資訊準確性: 訂購時請選取正確區域,收件人務必填寫完整英文姓名詳細收件地址。    

修改限制: 訂單成立後即無法修改資訊。若出貨後需變更地址,產生之額外費用需由買家自行承擔。

包裹退回: 若因地址不全、資訊錯誤或拒收導致包裹退回,我們將扣除來回運費及兩地關稅後,再退還剩餘商品金額。

5. 售後政策:【重要提醒】海外訂單不提供退換貨服務。

Thank you to our overseas friends for supporting our brand! Please read the following cross-border shopping terms
carefully before placing your order:

1.     Pricing & Payment: 

All product prices and shipping fees are in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars).

When using an overseas credit card, transaction fees, exchange rates, and refund processing fees are determined by your issuing bank.

2.     Delivery Time & Logistics:

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight (kg) of the items. Please refer to our [Shipping Rate Table] for estimates.

3.     Import Duties & Regulations:

Customs Duties: Import regulations vary by country. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred in the destination country.

Clearance Risk: Please ensure the products can be legally imported into your country before ordering. If delivery fails due to local regulations, customs issues, or recipient refusal, all related losses (including destruction of goods or return shipping/duties) shall be borne by the purchaser.

4.     Order Information (Important!):

Information Accuracy: Please select the correct region and ensure the recipient's full English name and detailed address are provided.

 
Modification Limits: Information cannot be modified once the order is established. Any additional costs arising from address changes after dispatch must be covered by the buyer.

 
Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to incomplete addresses, incorrect information, or refusal, the refund will be issued after deducting all round-trip shipping costs and duties.

1. 恕不接受「個人原因」退換

本網站不設「七天鑑賞期」或「無理由退貨」。 除貨品本身有嚴重瑕疵或發錯貨外,所有貨品一經售出,恕不接受以下列原因申請退換:

  • 尺寸選擇錯誤(請參考商品頁面尺寸表)。
  • 電腦/手機螢幕造成的輕微色差。
  • 個人喜好改變、與想像中不符。
  • 人為因素造成的損壞、沾染氣味(如香水/汗味)或已下水洗滌。

2. 瑕疵品及錯誤貨品處理

若您收到貨品後發現有嚴重印刷瑕疵、破損或款式錯誤,我們深感抱歉。請按照以下流程辦理:

  • 申報期限: 請於收到貨品後3 天內(以物流簽收紀錄為準)提出申請。
  • 申請方式: 電郵至 urtheblessed@gmail.com,標題註明「[訂單編號]- 瑕疵申報」。
  • 提供資料: 請附上收據截圖,以及瑕疵位置或錯誤貨品的清晰照片/影片
  • 處理結果: 經核實後,我們將為您安排補發新品全額退款。相關之本地來回運費由本公司承擔。

3. 海外訂單
(International Orders)

  • 所有寄往香港以外地區(海外)的訂單,一經寄出,恕不接受任何形式之退換
  • 如遇嚴重瑕疵,請先透過電郵聯絡我們,我們將視情況個別評估處理。

4. 不可退換之特定商品

  • 客製化產品: 任何加入個人化文字或特殊要求之訂製款式,一律不設退換。
  • 特價/出清貨品: 標註為Sale 或折扣優惠之貨品,不設售後服務。

5. 退款說明

若瑕疵情況經核實並獲准退款:

  • 退款將於 10 個工作天內 依原付款方式自動退回(如信用卡、PayMe、FPS等)。
  • 實際到帳時間視乎銀行或第三方支付工具的處理進度而定。

1. No Returns for Personal Reasons

This website does not offer a "7-day cooling-off period" or "change-of-mind returns." Except for cases of severe product defects or incorrect item delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept return or exchange requests for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Size Selection: Please refer carefully to the size chart on the product page before purchasing.
  • Minor Color Discrepancy: Slight variations in color due to computer/mobile screen settings.
  • Personal Preference: Change of mind or the product not meeting personal expectations.
  • Man-made Damage: Items damaged by the customer, stained with odors (e.g., perfume, sweat), or items that have been washed/laundered.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a product with severe printing defects,
damage, or an incorrect style. Please follow the procedure below:

  • Reporting Period: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt (based on the logistics tracking delivery date).
  • How to Apply:  Email urtheblessed@gmail.com with the subject line "[Order Number] - Defect Report."
  • Required Information: Please attach a screenshot of your receipt and clear photos/videos of the defect or the incorrect item.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. The company will cover all relevant local shipping costs for the exchange.

3. International Orders

All orders shipped outside of Hong Kong are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched.

  • In the event of a severe defect, please contact us via email, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Any custom-made styles with personalized text or special requests are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Products marked as "Sale" or purchased with promotional discounts are not eligible for after-sales service.

5. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved after verification of a defect:

  • Refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayMe, FPS, etc.) within 10 business days.
  • The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank or third-party payment provider.
