條款與細則:退換貨政策 (Return & Refund Policy)
感謝您對 You Are The Blessed 的支持。為了維持貨品品質及提供最優惠的價格,本網站之交易均遵循以下退換貨條款:
1. 恕不接受「個人原因」退換
本網站不設「七天鑑賞期」或「無理由退貨」。除貨品本身有嚴重瑕疵或發錯貨外,所有貨品一經售出,恕不接受以下列原因申請退換:
- 尺寸選擇錯誤(請參考商品頁面尺寸表)。
- 電腦/手機螢幕造成的輕微色差。
- 個人喜好改變、與想像中不符。
- 人為因素造成的損壞、沾染氣味(如香水/汗味)或已下水洗滌。
2. 瑕疵品及錯誤貨品處理
若您收到貨品後發現有嚴重印刷瑕疵、破損或款式錯誤,我們深感抱歉。請按照以下流程辦理:
- 申報期限: 請於收到貨品後 3 天內(以物流簽收紀錄為準)提出申請。
- 申請方式: 電郵至 urtheblessed@gmail.com,標題註明「[訂單編號] - 瑕疵申報」。
- 提供資料: 請附上收據截圖,以及瑕疵位置或錯誤貨品的清晰照片/影片。
- 處理結果: 經核實後,我們將為您安排補發新品或全額退款。相關之本地來回運費由本公司承擔。
3. 海外訂單 (International Orders)
- 所有寄往香港以外地區(海外)的訂單,一經寄出,恕不接受任何形式之退換。
- 如遇嚴重瑕疵,請先透過電郵聯絡我們,我們將視情況個別評估處理。
4. 不可退換之特定商品
- 客製化產品: 任何加入個人化文字或特殊要求之訂製款式,一律不設退換。
- 特價/出清貨品: 標註為 Sale 或折扣優惠之貨品,不設售後服務。
5. 退款說明
若瑕疵情況經核實並獲准退款:
- 退款將於 10 個工作天內 依原付款方式自動退回(如信用卡、PayMe、FPS 等)。
- 實際到帳時間視乎銀行或第三方支付工具的處理進度而定。

Thank you for supporting You Are The Blessed. To maintain product quality and offer the best possible prices, all transactions on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Returns for Personal Reasons
This website does not offer a "7-day cooling-off period" or "change-of-mind returns." Except for cases of severe product defects or incorrect item delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept return or exchange requests for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Size Selection: Please refer carefully to the size chart on the product page before purchasing.
- Minor Color Discrepancy: Slight variations in color due to computer/mobile screen settings.
- Personal Preference: Change of mind or the product not meeting personal expectations.
- Man-made Damage: Items damaged by the customer, stained with odors (e.g., perfume, sweat), or items that have been washed/laundered.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive a product with severe printing defects, damage, or an incorrect style. Please follow the procedure below:
- Reporting Period: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt (based on the logistics tracking delivery date).
- How to Apply: Email urtheblessed@gmail.com with the subject line "[Order Number] - Defect Report."
- Required Information: Please attach a screenshot of your receipt and clear photos/videos of the defect or the incorrect item.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. The company will cover all relevant local shipping costs for the exchange.
3. International Orders
All orders shipped outside of Hong Kong are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched.
- In the event of a severe defect, please contact us via email, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Products: Any custom-made styles with personalized text or special requests are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale/Clearance Items: Products marked as "Sale" or purchased with promotional discounts are not eligible for after-sales service.
5. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved after verification of a defect:
- Refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayMe, FPS, etc.) within 10 business days.
Any foreign language translation of this policy is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall be the definitive version and legally binding.
